A photograph by Philip Preston of the tidal swimming pool at Bude, Cornwall, England, UK. The photograph was taken during high tide, and neutral density filters were used on the camera to create a long exposure image giving a smooth silky appearance to the flowing water.
About Philip Preston

He became interested in photography during his teenage years after purchasing a Zenith fully manual SLR camera in the 1970s, primarily doing black and white work, developing his own films and producing prints in a makeshift darkroom in his parents bathroom!
